This course is designed to teach Realtors the basics of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems, the different types of systems, and proper system maintenance.

GDWCAR must receive a cancellation notice in writing 72 hours prior to the class/event for a full refund.

A $10 fee will be added to your account if your registration is not cancelled according to the Cancellation/Refund policy. This fee must be paid before registering for another course/event with GDWCAR.
