NOMINATION PERIOD ENDS Friday, December 13 at 5pm!

The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS annually designates a member from our Association for Affiliate of the Year.  This Award is the highest and most prestigious award a member of the Association can receive. The Presentation is made at the Annual Installation Banquet.

Judging for the Recipient is based on the following guidelines: 

National Association of REALTORS  involvement. 10%

Texas Realtors involvement 20%

Denton/Wise AOR involvement 25%

Civic involvement and accomplishments 20%

Previous accomplishments in any of the above 25%

Criteria for consideration:

1) Must  have been a GDWCAR Affiliate member for at least one year prior to being nominated.

2) Must be a GDWCAR member at the time considered for the award.
