MLS Terms of Agreement:
The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® Inc. (“the Association”) and the user agree that the user’s MLS password must remain strictly confidential. Any failure to maintain this confidentiality will result in the immediate suspension of MLS services. Reinstatement will be determined by the MLS Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
All MLS data retrieved by the user—including printed reports—must be kept confidential and handled in accordance with the MLS and Comparable Data Rules and Regulations established by the Association.
By selecting “yes,” the user acknowledges that access to and use of the Association’s Multiple Listing Service and comparable data is contingent upon full compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. Violations may result in sanctions for the user and/or participant. Any sanctioned party may appeal to the Association’s Board of Directors within twenty (20) days of the committee’s decision.
The user understands that NTREIS MLS data may not be shared with or used by any person or entity that is not an active MLS participant or subscriber. Only licensed agents and brokers are eligible to receive active MLS data.
The user further agrees that MLS information will be used solely for the benefit of the user’s real estate business.
By submitting this agreement, the user affirms acceptance of the MLS User Information Password Confidentiality/Compliance Agreement, acknowledges that MLS fees are billed quarterly and agrees to abide by all MLS Rules as published at NTREIS.net.
GDWCAR Terms of Agreement:
I agree to update my contact information as it changes. I agree to pay the MLS fees to Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® Inc. (GDWCAR). I further agree with the FCC rules and regulations regarding communication and herby consent to being contacted via: Email, Phone, Text message, social media and Mail by GDWCAR.
I acknowledge that I have been given the information on where to find the required Multiple Listing Service Rules and Fees & Fines Policies applicable to all entities for which I am affiliated.
I further understand that these rules, fees & fines are subject to change without advanced notice and that by continuing to pay the MLS fees associated with MLS service, by and through the Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS®, it is my sole responsibility to review, check, know and abide by same.
I realize that any assessed fees and/or fines unpaid may result in termination of MLS services and privileges.
