Clear Cooperation Report

All reports are anonymous. Within one (1) business day of marketing a property to the public, the listing broker must submit the listing to the MLS for cooperation with other MLS participants. Public marketing includes, but is not limited to, flyers displayed in windows, yard signs, digital marketing on public-facing websites, brokerage website displays (including IDX and VOW),
digital communications marketing (email blasts), multi-brokerage listing sharing networks, and applications available to the general public. (Adopted 11/19) M

Participants who fail to comply with the Clear Cooperation requirement will be fined no less than $1,000 per property cited for a violation per GDWCAR policy. Reported violations shall include the following:

I understand upon submission that I have read the above rule of Clear Cooperation and verified that the complaint falls under this rule and agree that the MLS Department can start an investigation to maintain compliance in the MLS.
