Daphne's proven track record and tenacity for success are factors you can count on to simplify the process of buying or selling a home, investment property, commercial real estate or land.  She has been a full-time Real Estate Broker since 2003.  She brings her personal experience of not only buying, building, and selling her own homes, but also investing in residential and commercial real estate, building spec homes, land packaging/development, and the financing options of each.

Daphne Zollinger is designated as an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) providing the knowledge of today's real estate market with practical skill sets, proven industry experience, comprehensive education, and a suite of online resources and access to a network of professionals across the nation and around the world.

In addition to running a successful business, Daphne volunteers in her industry working to protect private property rights and maintain professionalism.  She has been a Director for Texas REALTORS since 2019, Past Chairman of the Commercial Committee, and serves on the Public Policy Land Use Committee.  Locally she was voted REALTOR of the year in 2019, is a Past President of Greater Denton Wise County Association of REALTORS, Director since 2016, and serves on the Education Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee.  Daphne also serves on the Education Committee for the Southern Oklahoma Board of REALTORS.  

Daphne has also been appointed to serve on the Ag Advisory Board for Denton Central Appraisal District, and as a public member of the State Bar of Texas' Grievance Committee.
