I have been a licensed Broker since 1985 in New Mexico where I managed a large Office and large  property management company. I served as President of the local Association of Realtors twice and was named Realtor of the Year three times. I served as a NM Real Estate Commissioner for 7 years. I also chaired the NM Inducement Task Force, NM Manufactured Housing Committee, and the NM Rule change Committe. I served as New Mexico Real Estate Commission President twice. I have been licensed as a Broker in Texas for 14 years and now how a small office in Texas and I also still have a small office in New Mexico. I concentrate on Commercial and Residential. I manage several shopping centers in New Mexico and sell investment properties and residential homes in both States.  I have been a multi million dollar producer every year for 39 years.Individual customer attention and customer satisfaction are my main goals today.
