** Canceled ** The object of this course is to understand the similarities and differences between residential property inspections and commercial property condition assessments. Realtors will become familiar with the ASTM Standards (2018-5) as a protocol of property condition assessments as well as how to navigate and understand the information presented in a PCA report. In addition, realtors will review the types of properties typically encountered in commercial inspections and the value of an expert team approach. Finally, the course will cover the additional ancillary services that may or may not be required when purchasing a commercial property.
